Description:
Built by the sea with a front pool and cozy interiors, it’s ideal as a luxury base, beach house, or stylish addition to any Minecraft world. You will find plenty of rooms inside, a large welcoming entrance area where you can sit and relax, a dining room with a kitchen next to it, a staircase leading down to the cellar, and another one going up to the second floor, which has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a nice living room with a fireplace and a big TV.

For Minecraft Java Edition, download the world file, extract the downloaded .zip file, and then move the world's folder into your Minecraft "saves" folder.
For Minecraft Bedrock Edition, download the world file and then either double-click it to have the game automatically import it, or open the game and use the "Import world" button within the "Worlds" tab after clicking "Play".
For schematic files, you need to have Forge or Fabric installed first and use the WorldEdit mod. Place the .schem file into the schematics folder within your Minecraft directory.
